Patricia Lynn "Pat" Shickles

Patricia Lynn “Pat” Shickles, 80, of Corydon, Indiana, died Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Harrison Healthcare Center in Corydon.  She was born January 14, 1946, in Memphis, Tennessee, to the late Harold Ross and Martha Matthew Noyes.  She was a homemaker and a farmer.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carl E. Shickles; her brothers, Harold Ross Noyes, Jr. and Michael Noyes; and her sisters, Louise Dill, Martie Cantrell and Evelyn Richey.

Survivors include her son, Jeff Shickles (Jessica) of Corydon; her daughter, Carola Macy (John) of Jeffersonville, Indiana; her grandchildren, J. R. Macy (Chelsea), Sarah Shickles (Henry), Jacob Shickles (Izzy) and Brandi Mattingly (Jason); her great grandchildren, Logan, Landon, Amelia, Ian & Emry; and her sister, Linda Troxel of Marshall, Illinois.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Rev. Holly Ann Hardsaw will officiate.  Burial will be in Central Cemetery in Central, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be J.R. Macy, Sarah Shickles, Jacob Shickles, Chelsea Macy, Izzy Lowe and Henry Dunn.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to SouthernCare Hospice.
